Alex Furber as has acted across Canada on both stage and screen. He is also a voice over actor and writer based in Toronto. 

Alex Furber was born and raised from Toronto. After high school, he moved to Montreal to study at The National Theatre School of Canada. He has gone on to star in Mirvish's acclaimed production of Warehorse and played Canadian icon Gilbert Blythe in Anne and Gilbert: The Musical, among many others. 

For the last year, he has been acting as the Standby for Scar and Pumbaa in Mirvish’s production of Disney’s The Lion King. You can currently catch him performing in Shrek The Musical at YPT. On the screen, He most recently appeared in MACY MURDOCH on CBC. To hear more of what he is up to, follow him on social media.
